Each neighborhood is unique, offering a supportive living experience tailored to those particular requirements.  As health care needs change, residents may move to a new neighborhood or return to their former one.  In every Georgetown neighborhood personal care, programs and environment are designed to provide the most positive and supportive experience for the residents and their family.

The Commons

Residents of The Commons enjoy a variety of shared amenities, similar to the home life they remember.  There is a country kitchen, a library, television and game room and living room complete with fireplace, all part of a comfortable and inviting environment.

The Pavilion

When more intensive nursing and personal care assistance is needed

This neighborhood has its own wing near the nursing center for residents who require greater assistance with daily activities that may include walking, toileting, medications and nursing care.  As needed, care levels are increased to provide greater support and personal attention so that each resident may continue to enjoy a private studio apartment furnished with his or her favorite comforting possessions.

There is a wonderful level of respect and caring that sustains the dignity of the residents.  Proximity to the nursing center allows for more personal monitoring and,  importantly is closer to the dining room, living room and common areas where activity invites interest and engagement.

More special features of this medical care neighborhood include:

• Private studio apartments complete with private bath, kitchenette, individually controlled thermostat
• Activities appropriate to interests and energy level
• Physical therapy is available on site if needed

The Garden Walk

Utilizing current treatment philosophies and design trends, this neighborhood incorporates features that encourage self-expression and contribute to a reassuring, calm atmosphere.  Studio apartments adjoin beautiful common areas that include a dining room, activity room and enclosed walkway, a patio garden and living room, all in a private and secure wing.

The Garden Walk neighborhood provides comfort with the familiar routines and surroundings of home.  There is a walking path with different reminiscent objects.  The interior was designed to emphasize light and interest points.  Social times and quiet times balance the days and provide structure.
