Two types of contracts are offered.

• Lifecare contract – includes assisted living and nursing care at no additional monthly fee, plus potential and substantial tax benefits
• Fee-for-Service contract – comes with a lower entrance fee designed for residents who believe their long-term care needs will be limited or who have long-term health insurance

Select the Entry Fee Plan that suits you best.   For the all-inclusive Lifecare contract, choose between either a 90% or 33% Refundable Plan or the Traditional Plan.  For the Fee-for-Service contract, choose the 50% Refundable Plan or Traditional Plan.
